These Terms govern web design services provided by the Local Launch Sites brand, owned and operated by All Spark Enterprises Ltd., an Ontario corporation based in Devlin, Ontario. "We/us/our" means All Spark Enterprises Ltd. "You/client" means the individual or business engaging our services.
Local Launch Sites provides custom static website design and development for small and local businesses. All services are project-based — no retainers or subscriptions unless explicitly agreed to in writing. The scope of each project is confirmed before any build work begins.
Our standard workflow:
No deposit or upfront payment is required under our standard model.
The Scope of Work document emailed to the client defines what is included in the project. Reasonable revisions within that scope — wording tweaks, color adjustments, minor layout changes — are included. Work that exceeds the agreed scope (additional pages, new features, structural redesigns after approval) is billed at our current hourly rate. We will always obtain explicit written approval before beginning out-of-scope work.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes — including 13% HST — are added to all invoices as required under Ontario and federal law.
All invoices are issued by All Spark Enterprises Ltd. and processed through Square. The legal entity you are contracting with and paying is All Spark Enterprises Ltd. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to withhold final file delivery, live deployment, and completion of post-payment work until the invoice is paid in full.
Certain work is completed after payment is received. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading and deploying the site to Cloudflare Pages, connecting a custom domain name, adding the business to Google Maps, and transferring accounts and files to the client. Each post-payment item is quoted and approved by the client before work begins — nothing is charged without your explicit go-ahead.
For tasks that require the client's credit card directly (such as purchasing a domain or setting up Google Workspace), we will schedule a brief call so the client can enter their own payment details in real time. No client payment information is stored by us.
You agree to: provide accurate information and content; supply required assets (text, photos, logos) or authorize placeholder content; provide clear and consolidated feedback; ensure you have the rights to all content you supply; and pay invoices in full upon approval of completed work. Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for non-payment.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website — all custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. You are free to use, modify, copy, or host it anywhere. All Spark Enterprises Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Sites are deployed to Cloudflare Pages. Setup and deployment are included in the project. After handoff, you are responsible for maintaining your own Cloudflare account and domain registration, including renewals. We are not responsible for ongoing management of third-party hosting accounts, domain renewals, or DNS changes after project handoff unless separately engaged.
Any changes to the website after final approval and payment are billed at our current hourly rate. We are under no obligation to provide free support, updates, or changes after a project is completed and paid.
We build sites with care and professionalism but make no guarantees about search engine rankings, traffic, revenue, business outcomes, or uptime of third-party hosting services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Spark Enterprises Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may cancel a project before the client approves the final preview. If the client cancels after significant work has been completed, All Spark Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to invoice for reasonable time spent at the agreed or standard hourly rate, up to the agreed project price. If All Spark Enterprises Ltd. cancels, no charge for incomplete work applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
