Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver your Scope of Work, build and deliver your website, invoice you through All Spark Enterprises Ltd., and communicate about the project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Information submitted through the intake form is processed using Google Gemini (via the Gemini API) to automatically generate a Scope of Work document tailored to your project. This processing is used only to produce your project proposal and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your project. Google's data use policies apply to data sent to the Gemini API.
Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to All Spark Enterprises Ltd. Uploaded files (logos, photos) are saved to a private Google Drive folder. All data is stored in Google's infrastructure and subject to Google's privacy and security practices. We do not use third-party CRM platforms or marketing databases.
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. We do not run advertising or retargeting campaigns. Google Fonts is loaded for typography — Google may log IP addresses of font requests. See Google's privacy policy for details.
We retain project inquiry and client data for a reasonable period consistent with our business and legal obligations under Ontario and Canadian law.
