We ask for a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due when you approve the preview and before we go live. For Starter sites at $79, the full amount is collected upfront since the turnaround is 48 hours.
No. The package price is one-time. Hosting on Vercel's free tier costs nothing for sites our size. The only recurring cost would be your domain renewal (~$15–20/year) and the optional Monthly Care Plan if you choose it.
Every package includes one revision round before launch. After that, you can add the Monthly Care Plan ($29/mo) for ongoing updates, or purchase an Extra Revision Round ($49) for a one-off batch of changes.
We write the copy based on what you tell us about your business. You don't need to hand us a Word doc — just fill out our intake form or chat with the agent. If you have existing content you'd like us to use, we're happy to work with it.
Just your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and a few preferences (colours, tone, pages you want). If you have a logo or photos, great — if not, we work with what we have and can recommend next steps.
Yes — you'd pay the difference between packages. If you started on Starter ($79) and want to upgrade to Standard ($299), you'd pay the $220 difference. We build on what already exists rather than starting from scratch.
